- The minimum rate is $125 for recurring cleaning services and $190 for all other services (initial cleaning, one-time cleaning, move-in/move-out, construction clean-up service). Carpet steam clean, pressure spray washing are separate services at a $80/hour charge. Exterior windows are $12/each.
- After the initial cleaning, at least one routine cleaning is needed to establish the recurring service cleaning rate.
- Our maids work in teams of two, three, and sometimes, four. Our services can be charged by the hour or by assignment.
